The Trust was established by Lady Fisher in March 1975 shortly after the death of her husband of forty years Sir Woolf Fisher.

Legacy charities

The trust continues to support many of the charities that were endowed by Lady Fisher.

The youth leadership charities

The Trusts commitment is to identify and develop future leaders at primary and intermediate school age. In keeping with Lady Fisher’s legacy, the Trust’s emphasis is directed toward Maori, Pasifika and disadvantaged youth, with a focus towards South Auckland.
